Based on previous posts, it seems like an active review on I-130 (IF it’s not immediately after submission) is a sign of imminent approval, and looks like it was for you too, so congrats! If your I-485 already said active review you’ll probably get a second active review on that too and maybe an approval since you already sent your medical.
